Original Stitched Art “Curlew Exploration”.

Original artwork, the ghostly Curlew searches for shellfish. Black silk is hand painted with a discharge paste to create a bleached out image and then embellished with carefully selected fabric fragments and hand stitch.  The artwork is float mounted in a custom made,  oak frame, glazed with reduced reflection, UV protective art glass and is ready to hang.

This original piece is signed in stitch on the front.
