Returns policy
We hope that you love your order, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns subject to the following conditions.
Our Returns Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your purchase you can contact us at info@suzyagertextiles.co.uk within the 30 day period to start the process, notifying us of your wish for a refund or exchange. Products must then be returned to us within the 30 day period. Please note, products will need to be returned in their original condition and packaging (not used or damaged) for a refund or exchange to be issued.
Returns will need to be sent to the address provided by us via email.
Refund payments will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (Tracked delivery is recommended), items should be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Custom Items
We are unable to provide a return or exchange on custom made items, unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted, but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Damaged Items
If you item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through info@suzyagertextiles.co.uk, we will assess the item for a refund or possible store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
